We’re back again this year with the first Yin Yoga & Singing Bowls session being held this Sunday, 3rd of March 2024.

Take some time out and come along to rest and reenergise. During the one-and-a-half-hour session you’ll be guided through restorative yoga poses with the healing sound and vibrations of crystals bowls playing live in the background.

No experience required and beginners are welcome. Also, we try and make the session accessible to everyone and even offer chair yin if being on the ground is not for you.

Spaces are limited so book in early to save your spot https://yoga-with-lyn.square.site

If you are looking for a range of classes to make you feel good, head over to our Feel Good events page.

A family enjoy a sunny day at Clubhouse Moorooka on our green.

We've had a few people ask us what themes we have planned for our Moorooka Markets in 2024. Well come one, come all and view this year's markets schedule below. If you see something that looks up your alley, save the date and come down and peruse the stalls, grab a locally brewed craft beer and a bite to eat from the food truck.

Moorooka Market Vendors

If you're looking to sell your wares at a future market event, jump over to our new Market Vendor page and explore what it involves.

Are we missing something?

We're looking to continue to upgrade our website to answer questions we commonly get. If there is something that we've missed, let us know on our contact page.

The Mini Rivers Steelband will be performing on our green. Just like in this photo of two of their members playing their instruments while looking at the camera.

Live Music

This Sunday, the hottest place to be in Moorooka is on our green at 4pm to hear the mellow sounds of the Rivercity Steel Band.

Check out this video of them playing their Caribbean cool, Hot Hot Hot.

But wait, there's so much more....

Moorooka Markets

Test out our repaired air conditioners in the Koala room while you explore our February markets. This month's theme is Artisan & Handmade with a wide range of stalls ready for you to browse. While you're there be sure to check out these handmade children's clothes featuring Australian milled art print fabrics.

Sneak a preview on the Aussie Tykes Facebook page.

Children's Activities

Trindee's Horse & Pony Events will be on the D-Green celebrating the new arrival to their herd. Get a look at how cute Bella is on Facebook. All the horses will be celebrating, and you can too - bring down some coloured hair spray and join the party.

Pre-book online here. If you have tickets from our washed out January Shindig, be sure to come down and have a ride!

Food truck

Our friends from Toasted Foods are back and bringing their yummy range of treats for you to eat. Get a side of fries with that, with their Pigsy Fries for the carnivores or their vegan Big Jack Fries. View their menu here.

Craft beer

While you enjoy your fries, be sure to wash it down with our Birthday Brew thanks to the gang at Slipstream. This New Zealand IPA was brewed by our very own bar crew and is the perfect way to wrap up our birthday month. Get in quick because once's it's gone, it's gone.

Will we see you on Sunday?
